I erred on the side of caution for the first use on this one due to it’s high potency. Used only 1 G. My body temperature raised , felt warmer until the end 5 hours later. I could see some geometrical patterns while staring at some pictures but no motions, unlike other types of mushrooms i tried before at this dosage. Overall, intense feeling, great for introspection.
